We harvest from many parts of Michoacán. And we pack and ship from various packing houses in Periban Michoacán Area. 

Yes, Mexico has different seasons which allows for year round supply however between the months of July and August Supply is weak and there might be shortages on specifc sizes and fruit usually has less shelf-life and ripens faster.

We plan our stock based on customer historic purchases, however sometimes the demand for a specific size or quaility increase and can let us out of supply for a short period of time where we will suggest alternative options.

We stock merchandise at a shared Avocado Specific temperature Controlled Warehouse Facility at Laredo TX. 

 For Pallets inside Houston: 1 day (Next Day). 

For Pallets in Austin and San Antonio: 1-2 Days .

Direct Wire Transfer is the only accepted payment option.

As always this depends on your current grading at Blue Book and/or your credit history.  And it ranges from COD to NET 30 frequently.

For Full & Half Truck we ship specific Truck from Mexico with 5-6 calendar days shipping time. 

When not provided form our own orchards, we only supply fruit from orchards that are owned by legal small-medium size growers, considering fair trade market prices

We take too seriously the care for enviroment, we do not buy from any orchard that is marked by any Mexican or International enviromental authority or association.

At the moment we do not operate this line of business since we are focused on volume operations.
